Apprentice
Entry-level position for individuals with strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. No prior construction experience required. Apprentices assist with general labor, jobsite preparation, cleanup, and support tasks while gaining hands-on skills in excavation, grading, and hardscape installation.
Mason
Experienced craftsman skilled in working with natural stone, concrete, and pavers. Responsibilities include building retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, and structural hardscapes with precision and quality. Must understand proper base preparation, drainage considerations, and finish grading for long-lasting installations.
Operator
Professional operator experienced with excavation and earthmoving equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and dozers. Responsibilities include safe equipment operation, trenching, grading, material handling, and performing daily inspections and maintenance. Must follow all safety protocols and contribute to efficient jobsite workflow.
Foreman
Experienced leader responsible for overseeing crews, reading plans, coordinating jobsite tasks, and maintaining strong communication with customers. Ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Must be highly organized with the ability to plan ahead, direct team members, and uphold AIM Excavation's quality standards.
Office & Operations Coordinator
Professional administrative role supporting the daily operations of AIM Excavation. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling projects, managing customer communication, processing invoices, assisting with accounting tasks, and maintaining organized records. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, efficient, and able to support a fast-growing construction company.
