Retaining Wall and Yard Transformation in Berry Creek

In the heart of Berry Creek, we tackled the challenge of a failing retaining wall system. These walls were previously installed by a previous contractor with no drainage behind the walls and poorly compacted footings. These two are a combination for disaster causing the wall to settle unevenly and undermine in a few places.

We started by disassembling the walls and re compacting the footings, then building the walls back up with a french drain along the back side. We added two more walls at the top to bring the planter bed up to the patio hight after ensuring the homeowners previous investment was not in danger of falling apart in the coming winter. Also adding a paver stairway for accers to the lower terraces.
